The Tennant Group LLC was founded by Hendersonville Police Department Retired Criminal Investigations Lieutenant Todd Letterman.

During his 30-year career, Chief Investigator Letterman worked as a patrol officer, SWAT team member, street narcotics officer, detective, field training officer, instructor, public information officer, crisis negotiator, Sergeant, and Lieutenant with over half of his career assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division.

He has investigated violent crimes (including multiple homicide investigations), sex crimes, crimes against children, fraud crimes (including high profile embezzlement cases), missing persons, property crimes, human trafficking, and narcotics violations.

Chief Investigator Letterman has extensive specialty training in crisis negotiation (Level III), crime scene processing, latent evidence technician, interview and interrogation, counter surveillance, and executive protection.

He is also well versed in every aspect of the judicial system and has testified before the grand jury (state and federal), district, superior and federal court, including civil and family court proceedings.

As with any good investigator, Chief Investigator Letterman continues training in the private sector to provide the best service possible to his clients.
